DUNEDIN, Fla. (WFLA) — If you’ve ever wanted to check out the popular Wearable ART Fashion Show in Dunedin, this might be the year to do it.

In its 12th year, the annual show features wearable art and it always sells out. “It’s the hottest party ticket,” said Dunedin Fine Art Center Vice President Ken Hannon.

But this year, organizers are offering a new option. For $10 you can watch the live fashion show outside on a Jumbotron that’s about 10 ft. tall and 15 ft. wide. The Jumbotron will be set up in the parking lot behind the Dunedin Fine Art Center’s main building.

The location outside makes for a great, casual atmosphere. “You don’t have to be quiet,” said Hannon.

Hannon said demand prompted organizers to come up with the new viewing option at a lower price point. “It’s always been a fun party,” he said. The $10 admission also gets you into the before and after party.

The Wearable ART Fashion Show is this Saturday, Aug. 27. Artists showing their creations this year include Mark Byrne, Stefania Costanzo, Melissa Dolce, Neva the Diva Durham, the Garden Fairies, Julian Hartzog, Johnny Hunt, Dacota Maphis/Sue Woodall-Metas, Nancy Niss and Lina Teixeira.
